Five-point Insulation Telescopic Rod

Pentagonal stable structure: The pentagonal design is more resistant to bending and torsion than a triangle or single rod, suitable for operations in high altitude or strong wind environments, very comfortable to hold in the hand, and transmits torque whenever tightening or loosening operations are required;

High-voltage insulation: The rod body is made of epoxy resin and glass fiber, and the insulation level is usually 10kV-110kV;

Multi-function interface: Tools such as hooks, probes, cameras, etc. can be installed on the top for detection, cleaning or operation of equipment.

Steps for using the five-point insulation telescopic rod:

Inspection: The rod body has no cracks, wear or stains, use a resistance tester to test the insulation performance, and confirm that the telescopic joints and locks of the five-corner bracket are flexible and stable;

Adjust the length: Press the button, stretch to the required length, and ensure that each section is locked in place;

Install tool heads: such as thermometers, insulation clamps, etc., and tighten the fixing screws;

Standard operation: Maintain the minimum safe distance according to the voltage level, approach the live equipment slowly, and avoid shaking or collision.
