The whole measuring pole adopts multi-section nested telescopic layered structure, each tube section is made of seamless winding fiberglass epoxy resin tube, with uniform wall thickness to guarantee bending resistance during stretching and measuring. Every joint between two tube sections is equipped with built-in anti-slip locking mechanism made of wear-resistant nylon composite material. Rotate the tube slightly to lock the fixed length, reverse rotation to retract each segment smoothly; the locking buckle will not slip off even under slight lateral force when measuring tall truck cargo. The surface of each pole body is printed with dual-unit scale lines, including metric centimeter markings and imperial inch markings, meeting measurement reading habits of buyers from different countries. The top end of the hot stick is fitted with a detachable hard plastic measuring head with flat horizontal contact surface, which can closely fit the top of cargo containers, container box tops and bridge bottom surfaces without slipping during reading. The bottom grip section is wrapped with thick anti-slip insulating rubber sleeve with concave-convex grain design, increasing friction between palm and pole body; the rubber layer also plays a secondary buffer insulation effect to block tiny current leakage. For long-size models over 8 meters, middle auxiliary holding rubber sleeves are reserved on the pole body, allowing two-person cooperative measurement for ultra-high oversize trucks. All inner gaps of nested tubes are filled with dust-proof insulating gaskets, preventing road dust, rainwater and port salt fog from penetrating into the tube interior to corrode the winding fiber layer. The tail end of the measuring stick is equipped with a closed insulation protective cap to avoid scratching vehicle paint or pavement when placing the pole on the ground. The layered tube body adopts gradient diameter design, the thickest base tube ensures overall rigidity, while thin top tube reduces overall weight effectively, balancing structural stability and portable carrying performance. No exposed metal fittings are applied on the entire pole body; all locking and connecting parts are non-conductive plastic composite materials, completely cutting off electric conduction channels

The whole stick owns excellent low weight characteristic: 6-meter full extension model only weighs less than 3.6kg, single traffic inspector can hold and operate it with one hand for a whole shift without obvious arm soreness. The insulating rubber grip layer has waterproof and anti-oil property, can keep stable anti-slip effect when operators' palms are stained with rainwater, sweat or vehicle engine oil. The pole body passes low temperature resistance test, can maintain normal telescopic locking function in cold northern areas with temperature below minus 10℃, no brittle cracking of plastic locking parts in winter outdoor work. All raw materials comply with EU RoHS environmental standards, no volatile toxic chemical smell, suitable for long-time closed storage in inspection vehicle tool cabinets. The flat measuring head can be disassembled and replaced separately; if the top head wears after long-term collision with hard cargo, buyers only need to purchase small spare accessories instead of replacing the whole measuring pole, lowering later maintenance cost
